If you wish to return one or more items, please note the following guidelines:
Non-Personalized Jewelry: These items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery at your own expense. For hygienic reasons, worn earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces cannot be returned. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in it's original packaging.
Personalized Jewelry: As these items are personalized and unique, they are not eligible for return. However, if there is a production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Other non returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards, gift bags or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Shipping costs can also not be refunded.
How to return:
- Send us an e-mail info@myuniquejewelry.com within 14 days after receiving the order stating you order number, what item/s you want to return and delivery adress so we can help you.
- Please arrange a suitable courier to return the item to us. We advise a tracked service to ensure the package arrives safely.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@myuniquejewelry.com.
Warranty
All purchases are covered by a 60 day warranty. After this period, we cannot determine whether damage was caused by a production defect or personal use. We take quality very seriously and evaluate each issue individually. For any questions or concerns about your jewelry, please contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned by Customs
If your parcel is being returned because recipient refused to pay customs tax and duties, we do not offer refunds on shipping cost and will only refund the cost of the jewellery once the order has been safely returned to our office.
Returned due to an incorrect delivery address
If your parcel is being returned to us because you incorrectly supplied your delivery address, the parcel will be returned to us. It is the customers responsibility to provide their correct and full address. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or intervene with the parcel in any way.
Please contact us by email at info@myuniquejewelry.com to arrange a refund or re-delivery. Customer will be required to pay a re-delivery fee. We can only issue a refund or begin re-delivery once the parcel has been returned to us. This refund will not include the shipping fee. We do not have control over the timeframe in which the courier returns the parcel to us.
